Our goal is for anyone, no matter your fitness level, to feel excited, supported and encouraged every single time you walk in our door. We believe not only in the physical benefits of exercise, but the mental and emotional benefits as well! Fitness is an essential part of a life lived with less stress, more happiness and an overall positive outlook on life. We strive to be a part of that for each of our members!

We also strive to maintain the "ninja culture" where everyone who walks into our gym is part of a community that cheers each other on and leaves feeling like family.

Classes

 

We offer Hybrid Group Training (HGT) classes several times a week. Our trainer provides a unique approach to strength, fat loss, endurance, and overall functional training, executed by the use of dumbbells, kettlebells and plyometric exercises. 

We strive to meet our members where they're at in terms of fitness level, always offering modifications or more of a challenge when needed.
